What types of transactions can I do with the WFFCU mobile app?

Our app allows for reviewing current and available balances, transfers between accounts, bill payment, and the remote deposit of domestic checks. The app also gives location, phone number and hours of the credit union branches , the nearest fee-free ATM access and the nearest CO-OP Shared Branch based on your current location.

Can I enable Touch ID or fingerprint authentication in the app?

Touch ID is available for iPhone 5s and higher. On Android, fingerprint authentication is available on devices that support fingerprint authentication. Users can choose to enable fingerprint authentication by signing in to mobile banking, tapping the More tab, and by toggling the fingerprint authentication option under App Settings. Other people that have access to your mobile device may add their fingerprints to the device if they know your device’s secure pass-code and they may be able to sign in to your account on that device.
